Creşteri: betablocante, catecolamine, colestiramină, corticosteroizi, ciclosporine, danazol, diazepam, diuretice,

estrogeni, etanol, etretinat, interferon, isotretinoin, retinol, miconazol .
Scăderi : acid ascorbic (doze mari), acid aminosalicilic, asparaginază, acid chenodeoxicolic (chenodiol), doxazosin,
derivaŃi ai acidului fibric (clofibrat, gemfibrozil), heparină, niacin, acizi graşi omega-3 (ulei de peşte), prazosin,

terazosin, progestative .
Efecte variabile : androgeni.
• InterferenŃe analitice
Probele intens lipemice (trigliceride>3000 mg/dl) pot determina un rezultat fals normal, de aceea se recomandă diluŃia

probei (exemplu.: 1+4) cu ser fiziologic .
