• Febra reumatică acută la copii.
• Hipertiroidism.
3. Prezenţa de precursori mastocitari în sânge:
• Urticarie, astm.
• Şoc anafilactic.
• Mastocitoză sistemică, urticaria pigmentosa, leucemia cu mastocite.
• Macroglobulinemie, limfoame cu invazie medulară.
• Insuficienţă corticosuprarenaliană
• Boli hepatice şi renale cronice.
• Osteoporoză 4;6;8;19 .
Interferenţe medicamentoase:
 Creşteri ale bazofilelor: desipramină, paroxetin, tretinoin, triazolam.

 Scăderi ale bazofilelor: procainamidă, tiopental .
